What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?

It states the batch or lot number, confirms identity by LC-MS, reports purity measured by HPLC, gives net peptide content per vial, and includes the chromatogram behind those numbers. It is the document that lets you verify what is actually in the vial instead of trusting a label.

Yes. A batch-specific certificate is included with every purchase. Once your order is placed, the matching COA documents appear on your order in My Orders, where you can view them or download them all at once. Each copy is watermarked to your account.

What does 99%+ purity mean?

It means HPLC analysis of that batch measured the main peak at 99% or more of total peak area. The exact measured figure for your batch is printed on your certificate — we publish the 99%+ threshold, and the report gives the precise number.

Can I see a COA before I buy?

Yes — a full sample report is available on the Sample COA tab of the catalog so you can see the format, the lab, and the level of detail before you spend anything.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is a flat $8.00 by USPS Ground Advantage anywhere in the United States. Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed, and USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 2–5 business days after that.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. A USPS tracking number is added to your order as soon as it ships, and you can follow the status on your order page. You will also be notified by email when the status changes.

Vials ship lyophilized and sealed in protective packaging. Lyophilized powder is stable through normal transit at ambient temperature; refrigeration matters after reconstitution, not in transit.

Why do I need to put my order reference in the payment note?

The reference is how your transfer gets matched to your order. Without it, a payment can sit unmatched and your order will not move forward. Checkout shows the reference in a copy-to-clipboard box so you can paste it straight into the Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal memo field.

How do I reconstitute a vial?

Bring the vial to room temperature, then add bacteriostatic or sterile water slowly down the inside wall rather than directly onto the cake. Swirl gently until dissolved — do not shake or vortex hard. Record the lot, diluent volume and date so your working concentration traces back to the batch COA. Store the reconstituted vial at 2–8°C and aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
